Tedi on TikTok
While the pandemic forced most of the population to apply social distancing, social networks quickly turned into a preferred replacement for normal, face-to-face interactions. Kids would be first at adopting new means of staying together while being apart, and the number of TikTok downloads are living proof for that (4 million in Romania, as of July 2020).
To make sure that Tedi, one of the most popular refreshment brands for younger generations in Romania, would remain relevant, we needed to be where the conversation was. However, we wanted a bit more than just the regular fun and play talk, so we added a key value to our content: the educational touch.
We used motion design to move quickly and stay efficient, and then launched healthy challenges to get the audience engaged with the brand.
With a strong positive response among Tedi fans, the account reached 600 followers soon after the launch.
