In 2022, Ubisoft launched the “New beginning UNLOCKED” campaign to boost employee engagement and reinforce its position as a leading employer in the IT sector.
The mission was to create a mix of engaging experiences for nearly 2000 employees while reinforcing Ubisoft’s position as a top employer in the IT talent market.
Expanding beyond internal efforts, the campaign utilized external strategies like influencer marketing and festival activations to create compelling experiences for employees and attract top talent.
Influencer campaigns drove 2.2K visits to job listings, resulting in 730 applications and 68 hires. Social media materials reached 200K users, garnering over 14K likes & comments. The campaign earned recognition at the Employer Branding Gala, winning third prize in the Special Projects category, establishing Ubisoft’s reputation as an IT industry employer of choice.
