Facebook content and community management during the pandemic, when daily habits changed greatly.
As pandemic changed habits, we needed to inevitably adapt in kind. We brought a newness and a freshness to the De’Longhi tone of voice, fitting the new home universe of the coffee drinker into our communication context.
We made use of our creative wits and strategic skills in order to lighten the burden of being stranded at home by revealing the magic in a cup of coffee prepared with the wide array of beautiful De’Longhi espresso machines.
We also suggested doing activities from home that would best follow or be accompanied by a perfect cup of coffee: online concerts, fitness classes and many others that would normally require leaving home.
The success of our Facebook communication efforts can be quantified in over 3,000 reactions, 2.3 M reach, as well as 400 organic shares for the posts related to the pandemic habits.
